Cecil and I were out walking around our house just looking for something to do and all of a sudden, he stuck his nose into some decorative rocks and pulled out a little green bug! I thought it was so sweet how he was looking at it like it was his new "pet" or "best friend", and I had my camera so I snapped a picture.

Cecil is a sweet 9 month old pure Labrador. He is a reckless and stubborn puppy, but he is perfect for a fun summer day or a day with a camera.

The bug has surrendered to the size of Cecil. And a very regal name, a name to suit a Labrador.

Hi Miranda, great angle getting both of them in. Cecil's just like a curious child - seeing what the bug's going to do and watching intently. Love it!

I once had an uncle named Cecil. I believe it is not only different, but a proud and beautiful name. How different. And, he appears to be a gentle soul. I have a big old English Shepherd named "Shep"...what esle? You can see my Shep at:
