This is by far my favourite dog breed, They are just fantastic all-round dogs.They are loyal, incredible intelligent, energetic, some are hyper but mostly just an amazing breed.

They are great with children, of all the collies I've had or people I know.. There hasn't been any major problems with children.. Of course not every dog enjoys its ears and tail being pulled.. But every dog is different.

They need a lot of exercise.. They get very upset if they don't get outside a lot and run around..They are definitely not the type of dog to be kept in an apartment.

Mine shed almost all year round. A lot of hoovering.

They, I think would be a good breed for a person who likes going outside. Or if you want to get involved with dog activities like Frisbee and agility, Border collies would be the best for activities like that.

Gorgeous Border Collie, great picture, fantastic info! I have a Rough Collie and a Shetland Sheepdog. They are great dogs as well :) I think they have similar personalities though.
