Dog Photos certainly take up a lot of space on our camera's memory device. I've chosen some of my favorites to share with you. Locations are all in the UK and range from our local walks in Sussex, to holidays we've had in Scotland.

We'll start our collection of dog photos with Jessie, our Labrador crossbreed, looking fit and healthy as well as cute. She was about six months old when this photo was taken.

When it's not raining, summer in the UK is a delight. This is one of our local walks which is transformed in the summer months with the banks filling up with wild flowers.

Golden Retriever meadow

Here's a short video clip of Georgie and Jessie on the same walk, at the end of May this year. It's such a fantastic walk - no roads nearby and loads of other dog walkers. We go there as much as we can.

Ashdown Forest is about twenty miles from where we live and it's a very beautiful place.

We've been there in all weathers - when the fog has been coming in and when it's been hot and sunny as well. It's one of my favourite places - lots of space, fantastic views and no sheep!

This photo was taken as Jessie watched my husband walk down to the shore and go swimming. She kept a very close eye on him for the entire time.

As much as I tell her that it's not good for her, Georgie will insist on chewing all manner of things. Here she is having a go on a very fat log.

We'd been driving for a few hours heading for our Scottish cottage and we made a quick stop-off. The dogs headed straight for the mountain stream and had a really good drink and a paddle.

I love this photo of Georgie - it was taken in Scotland with the heather in full bloom all around her. She was running very fast towards the camera and it just makes me smile!
