We've come a long way!

We've come a long way!

Gemma is a 7year old Staffie Collie cross. We adopted her from Battersea Dogs Home after she was abandoned as a puppy in 2002.
Every year we have one holiday abroad in October, but my favorite holiday is down to Devon or Somerset with Gemma. She loves new things, sights and sounds and smells and especially loves the beach.
This picture was taken on a biscuit and water break whilst walking 10 miles along the South West Coast walk.

Great photo...I love the way your feet are caught in the for shot and frame the dog, leading onto the superb view. Just a shame the person at the right got caught in shot but other than that, a photo to be treasured...happy times I'm guessing :)

 Tired but happy

Gemma looks like a lovely dog and I'm so pleased you found one another. She certainly looks tired but happy. I like how the coast behind you unfolds in the distance.
