Jasmin is almost 13 years old. This is on a hike in Long Island, NY where we go often for an afternoon jog or walk. She has been with me since she was 8 weeks old and is a wonderful best friend.

I am so lucky for her to bless my life. I am sorry to say she has been slowing a bit, I hope she stays as long as we can bear. Or as long as she is happy! She has a beautiful soul!

A lovely blue light - Jasmin is the perfect colour to be taken against it (opposites in the colour wheel).

I like the way the pathway leads the eye into the photograph too. Must have been a fun walk.
