This is Jessica not long after having a huge litter of 7. As you can see she's only tiny but was an ace mummy to her babies.
It was fate that I got Jess.
My dad had died suddenly and I was in pieces close to taking my own life. Then I was at a neighbour's house when a tiny little pup came and sat on my foot. I looked down and saw a look in its eye.
I picked her up and decided she was coming home with me. I phoned round till I got the cash together and left.
A couple of weeks later I was there waiting to take her home. Since then we've been together all the time. She saved my life then and has helped me more times than I can say.
I've cried with her, laughed with her, we're best mates and I don't know what I'd do without her.
She's never even growled at the kids. She loves them loads and she may be tiny but she makes me feel safe.
