Although the January 2009 Dog Photo Contest is now closed, you can still view the entries and make comments. People are notified if comments are made and they will appreciate positive and interesting comments about their submission.
If you win, your dog will receive a special prize - a dog toy or a healthy treat.
Please only send one photo.
Did you know that you can make comments on your favourite photo or just let the person know you like their dog? It will really mean a lot to people if you do. Simply click on the entries below and they'll be an opportunity to comment on the individual photo. Go on, join in! It's nice for people to find out what you think of their dog. Please keep comments positive!

The Judges
Each month I shall invite local dog lovers and people involved in working with dogs to help Mark and I with the judging.
This month we have Chris and Andy, owners of Bailey the Boxer-Mastiff cross, and Holly the Spaniel-cross - both rescue dogs.
We shall announce the winner on February 1st 2009.
The winning entry will have pride of place on the Homepage until the following month.
