Lemon Roan Cocker Spaniel - 6 month - Abby "Gift from God"

There is so much to tell...

Our first Cocker Spaniel, Maxi, died of cancer last year. Because of our love for dogs we can't live without a man's best friend. So the search began... We searched everywhere and then one day we saw an advertisement of Cocker Spaniel puppies!

We immediately visited the breeder, Tania and her husband Philip. Dusk and Dawn gave birth to 9 beautiful cocker spaniel pups! Everyone was so unique in their own way. My eye caught the cutest, lightest pup of all and then and there I told Tania that this was the one I want!

So she marked her with a White ribbon. She was mine! We visited her and all the other pups every weekend until she could come home. That day I will never forget!

For us she is the most beautiful dog in the world! She also took some puppy classes and Erna du Toit, the trainer, was stunned of her lovable reaction towards other people. She love kids and when we go for walks she just wants to play with them. She looks just like her mom, Dawn, but has her dad's, Dusk personality.

She loves to play in the garden, to hide her toys in her secret places, to get wet in the dam, to take walking trails and to ride in the car.

Our home would not have been a home without her. She climbed into all our hearts and we love her very much!

Her name's meaning definitely came true, because she is a gift from God!
