Yorkshire Terrier - Kaos

Kaos is a very unique and special dog.

Most of the time, we think she is part human and we feel like we have another child. My son is 23 and has been out on his own for 3 years so she is like the little girl I never had.

She follows me everyplace - if we are in bed sleeping or laying down watching TV or using my laptop, (I need to be in bed at least 3/4 of the day), so she is right next to me the entire time. If I need to get up to use the bathroom, she will follow me and wait in there with me. Then we both go back to bed together.

While I am in bed, if I drop something, all I say is KK, Mommy dropped her pen, and Kaos will get off the bed and pick up whatever I dropped so I will not need to get up. If my husband is home and in bed sleeping, Kaos always sleeps between the two of us and faces me. But if I get up, she will still get up and follow me. We definitely have a very special bond.


My son's name is Kyle, and my Brother-in-law is very handy with wood, so he made the wooden K when Kyle was a Baby, (Kyle was a preemie born at 30 weeks). Then when Kyle moved out, he never took the letter K, so being that Kaos starts with a K and it is on the end table right next to the chair that Kaos always sits on to look at the birds, other dogs, cats, leaves blowing and other animals, we have given it to her.
