Yorkshire Terrier - Kaos

Gee, maybe if I sit here long enough, somebody will drop some food for me. Oh Boy! Oh Boy!

Kaos is my 5 year Pure Bred Yorkie. She will be 6 on December 3rd.

Kaos is a very unique dog. She is unique for so many reasons. She is slightly larger then most Yorkies, but our vet says that she is just large boned and not fat.

Kaos also knows how to communicate very well with myself. Also, her Daddy is starting to learn how to communicate with her.

She loves to be dressed up in one of her many outfits, and she will sit for over 30 minutes and let me brush her hair. Then she loves to sit while I style the top of her hair.

We call her "Lady Diva". She is definitely a Mommy's Girl.

I am disabled with Lupus and cannot go outside much, so unless I have a Doctor appointment, I am home. Kaos is always in the room that I am.

My Sister & her husband live upstairs with their Yorkie. When we go to the Doctors, they try to have Kaos go upstairs and play with their dog, but all Kaos does is cry, so they send her back to our house, and she sits in the window until we get home.

When we get home, she is so excited to see me. She will jump up until I hold her and then I need to hold her for about 15 - 20 minutes. Also, I am bedridden from about 2:00 PM until the next day. Kaos lays with me. If I drop something on the ground, all I need to say is Kaos, Mommy dropped whatever I dropped, and she will get it for me. So she is definitely my best friend also.

HELLO
by: Robert Stuhldreer

What a great little character Kaos sounds. She must be of great comfort to you.
I used to work at Guys' and St Thomas' Hospital (opp the Houses of Parliament) where they have a large unit dedicated to people affected by lupus. Although I didn't work in that particular department I do have some insight into the condition and how debilitating it can be. Here's hoping for long periods of remission.
Kindest regards
Robert

I'm sorry for your illness, but Kaos sounds like a great companion. Dogs make life worth living.
